Battle Of Airbands- Team Bonding Activities
Have you ever seen Lip Sync Battle?
Extend the concept to a full-fledged air showdown. First, divide your group into three or four teams, and let them choose the guitarists, drummers, singers, etc. Then, allow them to select, practice, and perform a lip-synced version of their favorite work-friendly music.
Teams can get along with the feel and bring props or dress up if they have some time to prepare. Teams can come together to also decide on the winner after the performances. This is a great activity to warm things up!
Back-to-Back Drawing
We’ve all done this as kids! It’s time to do it as an adult too. To get started, divide your group into several pairs and ask them to sit back to back. One participant is given a form or a simple image, while the other is given paper and a pen.
The individual holding the photograph instructs their partner verbally on how to sketch the form or image that has been handed to them (without giving them an idea of what the appearance or shape is). Then, after a certain period has passed, have each pair of partners compare their photographs to discover who created the most realistic reproduction.
Salt & Pepper
On the pieces of paper, write one half of each pair (Tom on one piece, Jerry on another, and so on). Next, tape one piece of paper on each person’s back, then invite everyone to mingle and try to decipher the word on their back.
The only questions they may ask each other are yes or no. They must locate the other half of their duo once they have figured out their word. While the rest of the team continues, have them sit down and come up with three things they share in common.
Marshmallow Spaghetti Tower
Which team can construct the highest structure using just these materials? However, there’s a catch: the marshmallow needs to be placed at the very top of your engineered spaghetti tower, and the entire edifice must stand for five seconds without the assistance of any hands or other items.
